My Sushi in Frankfurt

Have ordered through toogoodtogo and wanted to pick up our goods. Mysushi was not open at the times when we were supposed to pick up !! Went there for free, very disappointed. Never again.

Unfortunately it has become super lousy. Dirty, Susi partially SPOILED and employees seem tired of working there. Green blowflies did the rest. They were once so good and are now just disgusting

One of the best sushi places I've been to. Fresh goods, the cook stands in the middle and prepares the sushi. If you want a certain variety that is not on the treadmill, you can reorder it.

ATTENTION WARNING !!! Worst sushi I've ever had. I can only agree with the other reviews, the sushi is not fresh. And inedible. Is that still sushi? I had flies in the sushi and the shop is really dingy. Plus an incredibly unfriendly and disrespectful condition. We just wanted to get away. Had I read the recession beforehand ... definitely not recommended! I would give 0 stars if I could.

What "sushi" I got there is a cheek to call sushi. I doubt at all whether the sushi was still edible. Unfortunately I ordered it to take away and only found out at home what rubbish I had paid € 10 for. When I opened the box, I already smelled a sour smell, some of the sushi fell apart, the salmon was already dark in color and smelled bad. I threw away the food the way I got it. I got sick at the sight and food poisoning just to be able to take action against this restaurant was really not worth it to me !! ? Every sushi from a supermarket like Aldi, Rewe and Co. is even 100 times better in quality and price than from this sushi restaurant ... just sad and brazenly overpriced sushi for sale, which in my eyes is just a ton is !!

The food turned out really bad !! The sushi has a chemical taste and there are flies on every other plate! Not recommended When told that the salmon had a strange (not even fishy) smell, the waitress said that it was normal and went away. Allegedly, payment was not made by card on that day, but the comments here say something different. I will definitely not come back here, which is a shame because it used to be really good

Never again! Some of the sushi was not fresh and the fish had a pungent smell. In addition, most of the dishes were not offered, although they were on the menu and on the website. Apart from the fact that the food was a disaster and the price for it was simply outrageous, the waitress was hardly to be seen. Good service looks different!

Hardly any choice, far too expensive and poor quality. We were there today and sometimes both the rice and the fish were no longer edible and smelled very strange. Selection was unfortunately not very much, but actually only the same sushi and much of the menu was not offered. The waitress was very unmotivated and did not put away the empty plates. Far too expensive for that and we would not go there again.

The sushi was 50% ok and there was 40% sushi that was not good but was still edible. The remaining 10% of sushi was inedible because the sushi tasted intensely of glue. The service was nice, but the food is not recommended.

I've been going there for years. Was always happy. But the last time I was pretty disappointed. Selection was pretty limited and I had bad salmon on my plate. Had already eaten one and noticed that it tasted strange. Smelled it and took the same thing off the tape to compare. This looked a lot fresher and didn't smell like the first one. Said the waitress, she took the plate with her and that was it. No feedback, nothing! Fortunately, I was fine. I also believe that the owners have changed. Definitely not as good as it used to be.

The fish is not fresh and unfortunately smells extremely; what shouldn't be with fresh salmon. Since the restaurant is not very busy, the fish runs on the belts in a warm restaurant for hours. In general, the quality and selection is only moderate. There are definitely far better sushi spots in the price range. If you ask the cook or the waitress for something fresh, she gets pampy. The toilet is not clean and the light is not working. So we will definitely not be going back. The only positive thing is the dessert, it is delicious.

Sushi was definitely below average. I didn't have any food poisoning after eating, but everything was very, very unhygienic from the floor to the counter etc. I wouldn't go back to Sushi Cercle in Frankfurt for the much better quality and cleanliness is and costs exactly the same.

Meh. Unless you like sushi from yesterday, you should probably eat somewhere else. Some of the portions were fresh, some of them were clearly sitting hours on the belt. The biggest problem is the rice. It's blend and sticks to your mouth in an unpleasant way. There are better sushi restaurants in Frankfurt.

Excellent sushi with many vegan options.

Disappointing. They used to have different options of plates on their conveyer belt now plates look very much the same appealing to a non-very japanese sushi combo (mashed potato salad, very soft looking canned tuna, italian spaghetti, pink dyed sushi). The staff is nice though.

A nice afternoon on the longest sushi run in Germany. The prices correspond to the quality of the food: I would rate it at the middle level. The advantage is definitely that sushi was freshly made and you could also watch how all the parts were created. Music was too loud and didn't fit the theme of the place (disco, pop ...). Sushi bistro for everyone who wants to try something "Japanese style" quickly and easily.

Relatively Good food. Staff was partly nice, but sometimes very rude. There is a large selection to eat. Lots of fish, mediocre much meat, not so much vegetarian. The prices are not too high in any eyes. We settled at the end. Each plate has a specific color that corresponds to a specific value. The prices are simply too high for the quality received. The bill that my companion and I would have to pay without a voucher at the end would have been 96 euros. Luckily we had a coupon and have therefore paid "only" 50 euros. And to be honest: None of these two amounts is worth the food received and the service. Perhaps we should rethink something as operator. adjust prices and / or new strategy in relation to the presentation of the store.

Total scam with the Groupon mySushi cooking class: - we bought a Groupon voucher for a sushi cooking class (which stated it was valid Saturdays and Sundays) via the online Groupon booking tool - the reservation was accepted and confirmed through Groupon via email - we then went to mySushi on the Saturday morning for which we had made the reservation only to find the place closed (even though Saturday was explicitly printed on the voucher and our reservation was accepted) - we asked Groupon for a refund which was first refused as they asked for a confirmation from mySushi - when calling mySushi, the person on the line explained that a) they only offer classes Sundays (even though the voucher said differently), b) they don't accept online bookings (why would they offer this option via Groupon then?), c) next options for reservations are months in the future - I.e. after the expiry date of the voucher (which was only valid for 3 months), and d) they won't give us a written confirmation that we did not attend the cooking class which we needed in order to get a refund from Groupon - mySushi also ignored any emails/ requests via contact form - we then went back to Groupon with a complaint and they finally made us whole again - conclusion: mySushi is dead to us - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Quality of the sushi average for Germany. The waitress was nice. The sushi runs on the treadmill. In the end, the colors of the plates are used for the calculation. Anyone who has been to Japan should avoid the place to avoid disappointment. To do this, you probably have to spend more money in Frankfurt.

An okay place for sushi

I went back to My Sushi after a long time and I was not disappointed. Sushiband was always very full of everything offered, and was constantly being redone. Delicious and all you can eat for 22,90 € Unbeatable. We will be back ?

Best sushi in FFM. Try the tuna or salmon tartars and flambeed salmon.

Good prices (ca. 20€ for all you can eat sushi for 90min) and great selection of many different kinds of sushi and they prepare it in the middle of the room in front of you and you can watch them prepare the sushi which is really cool. The quality is about average. Not bad but also no high quality. It's located super close to a big parking house and the main train station.

Sushi was okay but nothing extraordinary. Don't know what peppers were doing in my California roll. Confusing concept in regards to choosing an all you can eat package or 10-22 plates which you can only order from the menu but not from the roll and vice versa . 6 plates only possible at lunch time.

The waitress was really rude and disrespectful, so that we will never check out this place again. The sushi dishes were OK as you would expect from an "All you can eat" restaurant, but the options were somewhat limited.

Unfortunately not recommended anymore. The quality has decreased a lot. Almost half consists of fried things. Far too little fish. A pity, that was much better once. The staff pushes it to the new chef.

I became a non sushi fan, but a sushi fan. Was fantastically delicious. Sushi should taste like that too. Is recommended.

Much of it looks like sushi. You might even eat some raw salmon dropped on top of some mediocre rice. I didn't try the green and red tinted items, though they might have been tasty. And it's expensive. Leave it to the German businessmen who seem to like it and go somewhere else.

The sushi here is more geared towards quantity than quality. Because of the rotating belt, you don't even know how long the individual balls have been lying there. So it really is a matter of luck whether you get something good or not ...

This is a casual, fast-food style sushi place with good sushi. They have some traditional items and some westernized items. The items were all fresh and yummy. I liked that you can order items you don’t see on conveyor belt off the menu.

Great service, amazing sushi, lots of choice, good drinks menu.
